Check-In & Check-Out
- ID or passport required at check-in.
- Payment is made at check-in based on stay type.
- Check-out includes a quick room inspection and return of the gym card.
Payments & Stay Types
- Nightly: Full payment at check-in; no refunds for unused nights.
- Weekly: Full payment; early checkout recalculated at nightly rate.
- Monthly: Full payment; early checkout recalculated at weekly or nightly rate depending on days stayed.
- Extensions require availability and advance payment.
Upgrades & Downgrades
- Guests may upgrade (nightly → weekly → monthly or to a larger suite) at any time; adjustments apply from the upgrade date.
- Downgrades only take effect at the next renewal cycle; no partial refunds for completed periods.
House Rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Visitors allowed only with prior approval.
- Smoking only on balconies.
- Keep rooms and shared areas clean; report issues promptly.
Cleanliness & Housekeeping
- Daily refresh available on request.
- Weekly deep cleaning performed for all suites.
- Rooms must be kept in reasonable condition during stay.
Safety & Security
- Lock doors when inside or leaving.
- No illegal items or unsafe behavior.
- Respectful behavior toward staff and guests is required.
Gym Access
- Available based on suite package.
- Entry requires the assigned gym card.
- Card must be returned at check-out.
